Half Way Motel

Is it just a stereotype that when Indians buy motels?

they move their family in and get rid of all of the americans that worked there? Or is this an actual fact that a lot of them do this? The motel I work at got bought by Indians, they are planning on putting in an apartment and taking out some of the rooms for it. We are all getting a little nervous. Not American Indians, Indians from India. I don't know if they live in teepees, lol.
