does motel 6 in the state of missouri have to pay you time and a half for 4th of july?
hi i work at motel six in missouri and i work on the 4th of july...i was wondering if i recive time and a half for that time....if i do is it against the law for them not to pay me time 1/2?

- Time and a half is required for hours worked over 40 in a week. There is no legal requirement for extra pay for a holiday, although some companies do pay extra - they don't have to though.
