how to get rid of cock roaches?

i have lived in my apartment for a year and a half. all of a sudden i have baby roaches in my kichen and bathroom. my apartment has been sprayed twice and they still keep showing up. i bought roach motels and the bug guy said its a no no. i have bought sparys and they still come. I feel so darn gross!!!! I do my dishes they is never any dishes laying out. the bug guy said that i don't have anything that he normally sees that would attract them.

2. you need to have the or kin guy show up at your apartment he will get rid of them for you.don't call the same company you have been dealing with because they can't get rid of them for you they should of done it the second time for free try a different company.
3. Then it's probably one of your neighbors that's attracting them with filth.
4. First buy those little roach water things with poison in them. Be sure to put them out of range of pets! Second and most important: Get a bottle of boric acid powder and sprinkle it in every hidden place like behind the fridge, behind the stove, behind the washer and dryer, and in the tub area. They get that powder on them and carry it back and it kills their buddies. It takes abt. a week b4 you see results. Good luck!
5. RADIOACTIVE WASTES!! Oh wait, no. I forgot that they can't die.
6. If its not your aprtment attracting them then the bug guy should have known its coming from another aprtment. Its either the apt beside you or above/below you. It's not going to do any good for the bug guy to treat your apt unless he treats the source of the infestation. If this exterminator didn't know that then your landlord needs to hire a new one.
