Romantic motel getaway?

Iam planning to surprsie my girlfriend with a nice romantic day. Iam planning to drive about an hour and a half down the coastline with breathtaking views, before i do that i will prepare, a nice romantic lunch, with fresh fruits and all the other yummy stuff. Well down at the beach iam planning to take her, theres a motel right on the clifside, so it has this great view and everything, it will cost me about $100, but its kool, iam planning to go there in the morning and be there all the way till night time. Now heres my question, i have just turned 19 and shes 17 going on 18. When i check in at a motel, and put my info in and sighn a contract, do i put one adults or two, cause i dont want them to end up checking her I.D, or could we just walk in since ill alredy have a key? first of all who said anything about sex? Theres nothing more that i hate than people who speak out of their A$$ based on their own osumtions.

1. You can't rent a hotel room and bring a 17 year old there for sex. You need to forget this idea or you will end up in jail.

3. AS FAR AS I KNOW YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE ID AND I THINK YOU HAVE TO BE 21. IF YOU DO GET THE ROOM ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PUT DOWN ONE ADULT. ONCE YOU HAVE THE ROOM THEY DON'T INQUIRE ABOUT WHOM IS COMING TO MEET YOU.

5. I don't think you're gonna get any problems when you're checking in. The motel requires ID of an adult only. Since you bring along a minor, you must be careful though. Check the law in your state. In some states it's OK to be intimate with a minor as long as less than 2 years ages difference.
