Half Way Motel

Where can I find CHEAP motels or hotels in San Jose California that are pet friendly?

I am looking for an extended stay hotel or motel that will allow me to stay there with my cats for at least a month. I have looked everywhere and everything is either way to high priced or does not allow pets. I am only wanting to spend 40-60 a night..can someone please help me with this question.
