Motel 6 Group Reservations?

Has anybody ever booked a group reservation for a school group with Motel 6?? How much per room??? Thanks a lot!

1. Never with Motel 6, but I can give you some advice. I've worked in hotels since high school. First out, figure out approx. how many people are going and how many rooms you are going to need. Some hotels require a chapperone room per so many student rooms. Also, to be affiliated with a school, you are going to need your School Tax ID Certificate. It can be a copy, but it has to be left with the hotel. Once you get all of this information together, the hotel group sales dept. should be able to give you a generalized figure of how much it's going to cost. Be careful! With most groups they require a credit card and a contractual agreement signed that will guarantee your block of rooms. If they give you a number that sounds too high, try bargaining with them. Some hotels with give you a percentage off after 10-15 rooms. If you have anymore questions, let me know! I'd be glad to help!
