What are some cheap hotels in the cape? My family and I are going to the cape for about 4 days in July. We are staying in Hyannis and need a good priced hotel that allows pets and is not exspensive. About 300 dollars or less. We are going to stay for 3 nights. Thanks!

Is it true that the cheap hotels in NYC are filthy? I'm going there next month for 2 days, & I read customer reviews online about how the hotels are filthy, pissy, & moldy. I'm pretty scared. I don't have all that much money, so all I can afford is a hotel that's less than $100/night.
